CHALLENGE:
The Newport Waterfront Festivals are events held at the Newport Yachting Center
throughtout the year. Each event is unique and different and requires heavy marketing
right up until the day of the event. Through heavy sponsorships agreements, the
potential to use these sponsor web sites and email lists was limitless. In addition,
the site needed to be re-designed and expanded to include exhibitor and restaurant
listings.
SOLUTIONS: Web Marketing
- The site needed to be optimized with keywords and page descriptions tailored
to each event and then submitted to the top search engines and directories. Site
traffic is analyzed each month and a report is submitted detailing how well the
site is ranked for specific keywords in the these top search engines and directories.
Monthly newsletters are emailed to the subscription list prior to the event dates,
and the click-throughs from the newsletter to the site are tracked and analyzed.
Maintenance
- Monthly mainetenance includes text and image updates and design of monthly
newsletters to site subscribers.
