NEWPORT YACHTING CENTER MARINA & SPECIAL EVENTS

CHALLENGE:
The Newport Yachting Center needed a re-design of their web site that showcased the numerous services offered. Each event held at the Newport Yachting Center needed to be showcased as the highlight of the week to gain exposure.

SOLUTIONS:
Consulting - I met with the staff of the Newport Yachting Center to determine their needs and wants for the new web site, and then created a detailed plan for construction of the new site. The plan included a list of sections for the site, what content would go in those sections, who at the Newport Yachting Center was responsible for gathering content and deadlines for content submission. Working with in-house design, the site met all deadlines and has continued to be a valuable marketing tool for the entire staff.

Web Marketing - The site needed to be optimized with keywords and page descriptions, as well as submitted to the top search engines and directories. Site traffic is analyzed each month and a report is submitted detailing how well the site is ranked for specific keywords in the these top search engines and directories. Monthly newsletters are emailed to the subscription list and the click-throughs from the newsletter to the site are tracked and analyzed.

Maintenance - Monthly mainetenance includes text and image updates and design of monthly newsletters to site subscribers.
